All services are provided on a quote-based engagement model as described during the consultation process.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the automation systems we build for you. These are deployed to your infrastructure and accounts.

Plustortion retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools. We grant you a license to use these components as part of your delivered systems.

The Plustortion name, logo, and website content remain our exclusive property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plustortion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Plustortion in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination, you retain ownership of completed work product for which payment has been received. We may suspend or terminate access to our website at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
